The mission was to build a centralized guest booking platform for WhatsApp. It manages calendars across seven villas simultaneously, presents food packages dynamically, sends digital agreements, generates payment QR codes, and automates checkout review collection.
BKs Villa was struggling with response delays, double-booking risks, and manual payment verification. Guest requirements had to be qualified individually over WhatsApp text streams, slowing down sales conversions.

Configured WhatsApp Business API webhook endpoints to parse incoming guest messages instantly.
Inbound guest messages trigger a serverless webhook that passes payload text to the conversation agent. This ensures response times remain under five seconds for all queries.
Created a real-time availability check querying reservations calendars for all 7 properties.
The engine parses check-in and check-out dates from the conversation, queries the central database, and suggests available properties with matching capacities.
Coded calculation scripts for dynamic pricing, add-ons, and food package selections.
Guests can select food packages and optional amenities directly during the chat. The pricing engine calculates total taxes and fees dynamically, displaying a clean invoice summary.
Coded automated document generation, sending digital agreements via WhatsApp before payment.
Bookings are locked until the digital agreement is signed. The system generates a custom PDF contract containing stay rules and sends a link via WhatsApp for signing.
Generated dynamic payment QR codes with verification checks to track advance payments.
Upon signing the agreement, the guest receives a payment QR code. Once the advance deposit is completed, the system notifies the team and updates the reservation ledger.
Designed Next.js dashboard for administrators to view, filter, and track all bookings.
The centralized dashboard gives operations managers complete control. They can audit ongoing chats, check transaction statuses, and override booking dates manually when needed.
